Return & Exchange Policy

Only defect or wrongly received items are eligible for exchange. Exchange only to same design. All return must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED and UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

  1. All item including SALE ITEM can be returned except for Reject Item and Clearance Stock item.
  2. We DO NOT accept any return for item purchased from the third party except from our aisysoffeaexclusive team and it is for ONLINE PURCHASED ONLY.
  3. Return must be shipped out within 7 WORKING DAYS of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM.
  4. All shipping cost are subject to customer responsibility.
